## Pre-cutover checklist (T-7 days)

- [x] **T-7** — All UAT defects closed (target: 0 high, 0 medium); current: 0 high, 2 medium (both deferred to hypercare with sign-off)

## Rollback decision criteria

The Final Go/No-Go (Mon 04:30 CEST) is the last point at which rollback is feasible. Rollback is triggered if **any** of:

- Reconciliation report shows > 0.05 % aggregate row variance vs. export.
- Any country fails functional smoke test more than once.
- Critical interface (Coupa, Demantra, Workday) unable to round-trip a test transaction.
- Steering members lose simple-majority confidence.

Rollback procedure: re-activate ECC NL/BE/LU production, replay the delta export back into ECC, reopen to users. Estimated rollback duration: 8 hours.

## Hypercare entry

Effective Mon 06:00 CEST (wave-1 go-live):

- **War room** in Eindhoven HQ + Brussels HQ, staffed 06:00–24:00 CEST for 14 days.
- **Hypercare ticket priority** — P0 < 15 min response; P1 < 1 h; P2 < 4 h.
- **Daily war-room sync** at 09:00 CEST with full project team.
- **Steering committee** stand-up every other day at 17:00 CEST until 26 Jul 2027.

Hypercare exit gate: 14 days of green KPIs (close cycle time, order-to-cash error rate, replenishment auto-approval rate) **OR** 30 days elapsed (hard limit). See `04-hypercare-exit-report.md` (issued at hypercare exit).
